Welcome! I am excited to launch the RDCH initiative entitled RDCH Institute of Excellence. This strategic planning initiative is scheduled for April 17-18, 2012. Please make sure to RSVP below. Our goal for the event is to enhance communication, build collaboration, and encourage cooperation within the RDCH team.

This site was designed to improve our organizational communication and provide the team with easily accessible information on our teambuilding initiatives. Please check back periodically as the site will continue to be updated with new and relevant information.

Lapel Contest

Submit the winning design. If your artwork is voted Lapel Pin Contest Winner your design will be transformed into an actual customized pin. This pin will be distributed to those team members that exemplify the core goals of this initiative. Proudly sit back and enjoy the result of your creative submission as your pin is showcased on the lapels of men and women around the world.

Submit the Winning Design by March 16th, 2012.
