Epic Health Solutions equips individuals with the skills to elevate equity and promote health for all people. We challenge the structural and systemic barriers that impede health through engagement, education, and empowerment.
Equity is the cornerstone of health.
It is the bedrock and the very foundation upon which health is built. Without it, people suffer. Families suffer. Communities suffer. We suffer.
It is essential that professionals from all disciplines–not just health disciplines–understand the importance of equity concepts and, more importantly, learn how to integrate them into practice. If we fail to do this, much of humanity will continue to have poor health outcomes and experience a lower quality of life unnecessarily. We can no longer ignore this social justice issue. The potential years of life lost among racial and ethnic minorities, and individuals with low socioeconomic status continue to climb.
Now is the time to acknowledge the impact our country’s history has had on us so we can create a future where we all thrive. Until we will address the root causes of disparities and engage in meaningful connections that lead to racial healing and reconciliation, these things will continue to chip away at the fabric of our nation and the souls of its people. Epic Health Solutions is an organization that passionately and sincerely engages communities through education and empowers them to become bold and courageous conduits of change and hope in the world.

Health inequities do not exist in isolation. The challenges are complex and everyone is affected. At Epic Health Solutions, we are keenly aware that the burden of one is the burden of all. Therefore, we all must be a part of the solutions that will lift burdens and allow us all to reach our highest potential. Elevating Equity (™) is a dynamic, thought-provoking, interactive training that highlights the intersection of health with every other sector of life. We take participants on an introspective journey that examines personal experiences, thoughts, and beliefs and how they impact the work we do. This compelling and life-changing training can be tailored to reach various audiences and provides a foundation for building equitable programs, policies, and practices across disciplines.
