Sound and Image Showcase is a short cut opportunity for artist to get discovered and heard by key contacts who have developed and managed platinum producing artists. Its an affordable opportunity for Artists to Shop and Showcase their music to Sony Music A&Rs. The company was established by writer/producer Kal Nwaneri and Business Executive Jay Newkirk in August 2011. Kal Nwaneri is song writer and producer for Grammy and platinum recording artists like Biz Markie, Will Smith, and Mya. Kal has also spent the last 10 years writing and producing for artists on Def Jam, Bad Boy, Interscope, Jive, RCA and Sony Music. In addition, Kal has written and produced for Hollywood movies, is an established recording Artist and lead singer of Kal Nwaneri Band - a developing act on Sony Music's roster. Because of these strong ties in the music Industry Kal was able to develop Sound and Image Showcase with his partner Jay Newkirk who is also a Sound and Computer Science Engineer. Their mission is to use technology to change the way talented artist are heard by Sony Music A&Rs.
